Getting started
What is SupportUniverse? and how do I
use it?
SupportUniverse is an online marketplace where you can post a project, and find
the right programmer to do it for you for the right price and on time. The
service is auction-style, which means you post your request or project, then
service providers (programmers) place bids on that project. They bid for a lower
price, and shorter delivery time. The process is very simple and easy: Any project or request that can be fulfilled remotely, where location is not of importance. Examples of projects: data entry, web design, web development, software programming, scripting, graphic design, customer support, remote administration, database, etc. SupportUniverse is a safe way to get projects done because you do not pay the programmer directly. Instead, when you select a winning bid, you send the funds to SupportUniverse (deposited as escrow) until you receive your project and you let us know that you are satisfied with the results. Then, we release the funds to the Service Provider. What if I am not satisfied with the results that I got? Can I get a refund? If you are not satisfied, you may request arbitration from SupportUniverse. Then all exchanged messages can be used as proof. And if we find that you did not receive what you expected, then an immediate refund will be released, in the form of a check sent to your mailing address with the full amount deposited in escrow.
